I am a creative person. For as long as I can remember, I have either been creating stories in my mind or crafting with my hands. These days I am often creating things for other people…family, friends, co-workers, etc. The thing is I am terrible at taking the time to enjoy and celebrate the things I make before I give them away.

So that is what this blog is for, to remind me to take the time to have some pride in the things that bring me joy. Sometimes that involves crocheting some yarn, other times painting on a canvas or painting a miniature figurine. Music even gets involved here and there. With my husband (who will be known on here as “J”) and our cat Gwen as support, I’m a pretty lucky gal.

This really is mostly for my own enjoyment and encouragement to keep doing what I do and see my progress along the way. So, each month I will be posting about all the creativeness I have achieved from the previous month and might do some reflecting on it.
